How is postage worked out?

Postage is per order and is £4.50 tracked up to 2kg or £5.99 over 2kg. 
Do I need to have an account to place an order?
    No but signing up means you get access to sign our Rewards Programme. Simply click the present icon on the bottom of your screen to see what is available. 
    Who delivers my order/s ?
      Our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and UPS

       

      How long will it take to get my order?

      Orders can take between 5-10 working days to be dispatched. Unless it states otherwise on the product, after this delivery will be around 2-5 working days depending on the courier used

      Please allow 14 working days standard for UK orders before contacting about deliveries, after this time, let us know and we will chase it up, sometimes, situations can arise that can delay orders, we will let all our staff know if any delays are in place. 

      If your order hasn't arrived you must contact us within 30 days of placing the order to let us know it hasn't arrived sadly after this time we are unable to chase this up with the courier so we can no longer assist with this issue

       

       

      Delivery outside the U.K. - Please allow 10-14 working days if you haven’t received your order by 28 working days please contact us. 


      Can I return my order?
      We aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, email us directly and we’ll take you through the process, please refer to our policy on returns if you need to do so. Please note personalised items cannot be returned unless there has been an error on our part. You must email us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss a return. You will be responsible for return coxt

       


      Will my items be sent in one package?
      For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages due to us having more than one supplier.

      So please do not panic if you receive one part of your order and not the whole order.
      If you are concerned and are unsure about this, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

       

      Can i cancel my order?

      If your order has not already been processed then we may be able to cancel it before it gets dispatched. Please email 

      With the subject line cancellation and your order number to help us find it quicker. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the returns procedure and we will sort out your refund as soon as the items have been received back with us and inspected. Items Must be returned to us in the original packaging and condition otherwise this may affect your chance of a successful refund and items may be returned to you.

       

      WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

      We take great pride in our packaging and if you have any damages in your delivery it is important that you contact us within 2 working days. Please send an e-mail with your order number and a clear photo of the damage.  We will reply and either put a credit on your account or we may request the damages are returned to us. If items need to be returned we will give you details of how we would like them returned and we will refund you the cost of the carriage or have them collected. Credits will be held on customers accounts for 3 months. Please note that all damages must be returned in their original packaging and as originally supplied. 

       

      What if i receive the wrong product? 
      If you have received the wrong item please send us an email with a photo to cauldronscustomerservice@gmail.com. Please note that when sending it back the store will only refund up to £4.50 shipping due to this being what we charge, if you pay anymore than this we are not responsible for refunding this extra cost
